Return Policy

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- To start a return, contact support at djakecentini@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Money-back guaranteed: If the returned item meets the above conditions, you will receive a full refund. If there is a defect or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Non-returnable items: final-sale, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and opened hygiene-sensitive products.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
