3. Pricing & Currency All prices are listed in USD. ALC Composite reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship internationally from Malaysia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. ALC Composite is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
6. Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. ALC Composite has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Intellectual Property All content on alccomposite.com — including product designs, images, and branding — is the property of ALC Composite. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
